Job Book Pro – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Job Book Pro ("JBP," "we," "our," or "us"), including all software, messaging services, websites, automations, and related services provided by Job Book Pro. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. SMS & A2P 10DLC Disclosure

By opting in to Job Book Pro SMS services, you consent to receive text messages related to:

- Account notifications and service alerts

- Appointment confirmations and reminders

- Onboarding updates and setup instructions

- Customer support communications

- Account authentication (including 2FA)

- Operational and service-related communications

Message frequency may vary based on your usage and platform activity.
Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP.
For information on how we collect and safeguard data, please review our Privacy Policy.

2. Messaging Consent

You must provide explicit consent to receive SMS messages from Job Book Pro. Consent may be obtained through, but is not limited to:

- Online forms and checkboxes

- Website registrations

- Written or verbal authorization during onboarding or customer support interactions

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by opting out.

3. Message Types & Frequency

Messages sent by Job Book Pro are transactional and service-related in nature, including reminders, alerts, onboarding messages, and account notifications. Message frequency is variable and dependent on user activity and service interactions.

Job Book Pro does not send unsolicited bulk promotional messages.

4. Carrier Fees & Charges

Standard carrier message and data rates apply to all SMS and MMS communications. Job Book Pro is not responsible for carrier-imposed fees.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

To unsubscribe from SMS communications, reply STOP to any Job Book Pro message. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-enroll.

6. Message Delivery Disclaimer

Job Book Pro does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free message delivery. Delivery may be impacted by factors beyond our control, including carrier issues, network congestion, or device limitations.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use Job Book Pro services to transmit content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, misleading, or otherwise violates applicable laws or regulations.

8. Legal Compliance

You acknowledge and agree that Job Book Pro services must be used in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including privacy, telecommunications, and commercial messaging regulations.

9. Subscription Plans

Job Book Pro offers subscription-based services

Launch – $147/month

Pro – $247/month

Elite – $447/month

10. Billing, Auto-Renewal & Payments

All subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew until canceled. Payments are processed securely via Stripe using a valid credit or debit card.

11. Usage-Based (Rebillable) Charges

In addition to subscription fees, usage-based charges apply for communication and data services, including but not limited to:

Phone Numbers: Local ($1.15/month) | Toll-Free ($2.15/month)

SMS (US/Canada): $0.0079 per segment (inbound/outbound)

MMS (US/Canada): $0.02 outbound | $0.01–$0.02 inbound

Voice Calls: $0.0180/min outbound | $0.0085–$0.0220/min inbound

Number Intelligence Services: $0.005–$0.01 per lookup

Clients maintain a digital wallet to cover usage charges. When balances fall below a set threshold, automatic top-ups are processed based on your account settings.

12. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Job Book Pro are final and non-refundable, including subscriptions, setup fees, and usage charges. Services are custom-built and initiated immediately upon purchase.

13. Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks or payment disputes are not permitted for services rendered. Initiating a chargeback constitutes a breach of these Terms. Job Book Pro reserves the right to submit documentation of agreement acceptance, service delivery, and platform usage in response to disputes.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in collection actions and recovery of associated fees.

14. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time or prepaid periods.

15. Service Fulfillment

Services are considered delivered once:

- The client website is completed and published, and

- Platform access, automations, and core setup are finalized

Optional onboarding or training assistance does not delay fulfillment status.

16. Trials & Promotions

Free trials or promotional discounts may be offered at our discretion. Limited setup may occur during trials for evaluation purposes. Full services begin once billing starts. Promotions do not alter these Terms.

17. Failed Payments & Suspension

If a payment fails, Job Book Pro will attempt collection up to four (4) times over a three-week period. Accounts may be suspended within 48 hours of the initial failure until outstanding balances are resolved.

18. Agreement & Acceptance

By purchasing Job Book Pro services or checking the acceptance box at checkout, you confirm that you:

- Have read and understood these Terms

- Agree to the No Refund Policy

- Waive the right to initiate chargebacks for services rendered

19. Modifications to Terms

Job Book Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated directly when appropriate. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
